I have been having so much fun with designing things in photoshop that I just can’t stop. I have decided that I’m going to make a kit for my work…KNITTING! It’s a different kind of work kit, but I’m already having so much fun.
I’ve chosen this palette:
Sorry it’s a little small, I found it an pinned it on Pinterest a long time ago. I just love the dark jewel tones.
Back to knitting elements!
It’s Friday again and that means it’s time for another Planner freebie! This week’s planner freebie is all about the blue and teal. I was able to combine some kits I’ve found to give you a great freebie. I’m really getting amped up on this designing stuff now so I hope to have more for you soon. Stay tuned next week!
Can you believe it’s already November? I know I can’t. I’ve been in Colorado since May of this year and I was only supposed to stay for like a month tops! I am going home later this month for Thanksgiving and Christmas so that’s good.
Lately I’ve gotten really into designing digital scrapbook patterns and freebies. If you know me at all you know I LOVE my planner. I was looking for some patterns to use to make my own stickers and I came across a great site…Pixel Scrappers. The lovely people over there have inspired me to learn how to design my own and what better time to get started than now?
So, this month I’m participating in the Blog Train Thankful Harvest. I started designing and came up with one version, then I got feedback and came up with another version and some word art so I’m uploading them all for you if you want them. Grab all that you want.
Version 1 is PU/S4H/SFO and Version 2 is CU. They are both 12×12 and 300dpi. The word art is 300dpi .png files. Just click the image to download!
Check out all the other goodies that coordinate with these papers at Pixel Scrapper.
Hey everyone, as most of you know I’ve been in Colorado for the past 5 months and I’m starting to miss my desktop computer. I only have a VERY SLOOOOOOOW laptop. But I must press on!
The reason I say all this is because I’ve opened an Etsy shop for my planner stickers and I’ve put a couple designs up.
Now, before I show you I want to give you a warning. It’s very sparse over there. I don’t have a header or any kind of info, and the pictures aren’t that great; but I’m working on it. My laptop just can’t handle the stress I’m putting it under so I’m going to have to wait until I get home to beef things up.
Well here’s the designs. They can be found at Keturah Designs on Etsy. Check out this preview.
Lil’ Monsters and Shine are two of my new favorite designs. Print them out on full size sticker paper. They are also only $1.50 each for the instant download! You can’t beat that.
Hey guys I’m back again with this week’s freebie. I’m going to try to do these freebies weekly just as long as I can. Here’s what you do with this file. Download it and then print it on full sheet sticker paper. Then just cut out everything and you have great stickers for your planner. This works with Erin Condren Life Planners (Vertical Design) as well as Plum Paper Planners. You can also use these for other things as well, they just may not fit exactly. I haven’t researched all the sizes for filofax, midori, or others. It’s in PDF format and I also have a .studio3 file if you need it, although I’m not going to make that one public, so you will need to email me for it. These are for personal use only.
Download can be found Here
Additional design credits go to TeacherYanie on Deviant Art and FlatIcon.
The November Blog Train for Pixel Scrapper was announced a while ago and with my new found designing skills I’m trying to design some scrapbook paper. I can use these for my sticker projects, but I also get points on the pixel scrapper website so I can download more commercial use items. I’m also super excited to learn some software that I’ve never used before.
Well, here’s the preview, and the download will come out on November 1st.
So I decided to take some hints from the Pixel Scrappers forum and I made a new set of papers with the tips I received. They will also be available November 1st.
I have started a new phase in my life so yet again, I’m starting a new blog. This blog is going to be all about my Planner passion and my designs. I might throw in some knitting as well since that’s a big part of my life. I’m going to get started by offering a freebie sticker sheet later this week. Be sure to come back and look for that.
Check out this new website I’m adoring:
It’s a great resource for digital scrapbookers and general commercial use designs. I’ve been loving their community as well.
Till next time,
